Charlène holds a Licence Professionnelle in Human Resources and Personnel Administration from IUT de Mulhouse, as well as a DUT in Business Management and Administration with a focus on Human Resources, also from IUT de Mulhouse. She began her professional career in the automotive industry and has since gained extensive experience in HR management, employee relations,  and organizational development.
